Re: 2017 World Championship - Germany

I'm just so happy Marit Røsberg Jacobsen, Kari Brattset and Heidi Løke got a spot in the squad! =D> I was also rooting for Stine Skogrand and Helene Gigstad Fauske, so that was awesome too. And Emilie Christensen, without playing a single national team match, was a pleasant and surprising addition t...

Seriously Lunde? :-k

Lunde has been amazing so far this season, Aalvik Grimsbø on the other hand... Silje Solberg should have been in this squad. She was easily the best goal keeper of the European Championship last year.

Re: 2016 Women’s EHF EURO (Sweden)

In other News Thorir had a crazy rant after the OG bronze, attacking everyone including players and marketing/organizers. This has not been in the open before  http://www.tv2.no/sport/8731486/ He should have attacked himself first for leaving Silje at home. Well, she wasn't home. She was in Br...

Have you, by any chance, noticed that the oldest player called up for Norway is 31 (Grimsboe)? Frafjord is still 30 and the rest are 26 or younger.

Herrem is 30 too.

Maybe for the best. From what I saw from her in the Olympics she was far from good enough to play on a national team. Sorry, but I am being brutally honest.

Re: Transfers 2017/2018

Heidi Løke is pregnant, and has played her last match for Györ. She has already been contacted by a few clubs in Norway for a contract for next season. Her due date is in June, so she may be back in time for the season kick-off in September.

Re: 2016 Women’s EHF EURO (Sweden)

Heidi Løke is pregnant, and will not participate for Norway in the 2016 Women's EHF Euro.

My guess is the second pivot in the squad, in addition to Marit Malm Frafjord, will be Vilde Ingstad (Team Esbjerg).

True about Gravholt. Not true concerning Nørgaard. She was just not in the squad because she was considered the 3rd best, and he would rather test younger players given that he knows what Nørgaard can bring. Maybe, but this is the second time in a row he didn’t find a spot for Nørgaard in the squad...
