Wojtas is done with handball in general it seems. She is not able to recover from her injury....too bad :(

Re: Larvik HK, new generation, 2017/18

More about Maria Hjertner! She's 178 cm, born in 1996 and a left handed right back. She was part of the team for the 2015 Women's European Championship 19 and scored 5 goals (all against Germany). For this team (LK96) she played a total of 62 matches and scored 164 goals. For Byåsen this season she'...

Re: Larvik HK, new generation, 2017/18

20 year old Maria Hjetner signed for Larvik. A great young player from Byåsen. Byes has a team of talent, and it´s only a matter of time before many of them break through. This is a very exciting signing, I think of it as when Bristøl signed from Bækkelaget a few years. This girl can have her prope...

Re: Larvik HK, new generation, 2017/18

Absolutely, Tomori and Breivang would be epic. We´re agree more than we disagree. I actually hope for Damnjanovic if they would bring an international star from abroad. However, would prefer Tomori, even though rumours gives her a tough reputation as a team mate. The forum suggests she will be pres...

Now, if we talk sponsors covering parts or most of the paycheck..

I would totally want them to go for Tomori. And have Breivang re-sign. They have had some epic battles and I would love to see the two of them dish it out together in Larvik's defense! :D

Re: Larvik HK, new generation, 2017/18

I enjoy your opinions though, but to keep a certain level, also to be interesting for sponsors and to achieve certain results, they need a few stars. It makes the environment for the younger/local players more interesting and challenging. Competition makes great players out of potential. I think ma...

Seems like the rumours from this site has reached norwegian media. They write "Romanian media says Marit Malm Frafjord will sign for CSM". https://www.op.no/sport/larvikhk/handball/rumenske-medier-skriver-at-frafjord-skal-til-csm/s/5-36-346998 I know.. And just the idea of this transfer m...

Re: Larvik HK, new generation, 2017/18

Again Shelvin, I doubt they would turn into such great players if they didn´t have the coaching, environment, international matching, again often leading to NT for Norway. I doubt Linka would develop to the great player she is if she played in Nordstrand all her career, same with Kurtovic, or Breis...

Re: Transfers 2017/2018

Not so sure I agree with you Shelvin... The pic on your profile is Kristine Breistøl, came to Larvik with jumpers knees, rested and now turned into a serious contender for the first line up (this season) in Larvik. Linka came to Larvik as a 18 year old or so. Some of the talents break through. Some...

Re: Transfers 2017/2018

Vilde Ingeborg Johansen from Larvik to Tertnes This is not a surprise to me. Good luck to her, it's time she was the first choice. Another talent lost for Larvik. Wonder why? I know why. They are allergic to utilize their talents and develop them into players for the future. They keep bringing in k...

Would be fun with some real shocking results. Like Metz and Larvik. Metz has no chance, but Larvik has a fair one.

Re: Norway League

Larvik pulled through again. Halden didn't. Also, according to an article on http://www.op.no, one of the players earned one million kroners a year. That's irresponsible for a club in constant financial problems imo. Only speculation, but it's probably Gro. And Anja had her salary, so probably a goo...

For now,Amanda is better than Nora,I expected more than Nora in Gyor. This season she achieved a lot of goals just from 7m.Amanda wasn't so good on RW position on last EHF Euro.Anyway,Amanda's father is her manager and he will decide where she will go. I also think she's better than Nora right now. ...

Re: Rumour Mill - Transfer Talk & Other

Amanda Kurtovic doesn't like to play on right wing position and CSM has two right backs, the same situation with Hagman. Amanda knows that she's considered a winger by Thorir, so for the sake of her NT-career she should absolutely play winger in her club. However, she's too good as an right back to ...
