I think the "shock factor" they wanted by sacking Vestergaard and bringing Roşca is over now. What we're left with now is Roşca's poor & limited style of coaching. I would like to see a miracle, but I don't think it'll happen.

Rosca is absolutely a mistake. If you can speak english at a conversational level, you can coach better than he is doing now.
Hoping for better days with a real coach for this club. :-k

Well I think almost everyone is in this situation. Let's see:

Gullden, Torstensson
Grubisic, Martin
Jorgensen, Lobach
Ayglon, Niombla
Bohme

Bradeanu and Varzaru are in the same situation. They will retire this summer if they don't change their minds.
I thank you in words, not in upvotes.

Gullden has 1+1 until 2018 but she must to give her accord of course or better than than, to sign another contract. :-"

There is no unilateral clause so we can consider her contract will expire this summer.

I agree. It's a bit weird and it's hard to believe they will all sign new contracts. But they didn't sign for other teams, so...
Yeah, very strange situation.

Yeah, very strange situation.

I thinck because of that instant coach solution of replacing overnight Westergaard with R.Rosca .... who knows who will be the future coach and what kind of players will prefer but this delaying presume bigger risks.

I don't think there is a coach who won't enjoy having in his team players like Gullden, Martin etc. So this is not the argument.
Perhaps the management should've started negociations sooner and I just hope the players are not pissed off because of that.
After all, we are Romanians and we always have some delays. It's our nature unfortunately.

Hey guys! Unfortunately I don't speak Romanian, could you tell me what is this article is saying? Is Cristina Neagu close to sign the contract for CSM or are they still negotiating?

I agree.....but....how many Gullden ,Martin we have ? There are some suffering positions and we have to consider the bench players too which in some moments and some situations (like unwanted injuries) have to replace at same level players like Gullden ,Martin etc.... I'm not saying it's easy because of money ....

I just want to add something beside Silviu just wrote.
Basically it says nothing new. It is just another article to say nothing. It's a common behaviour in our media to repeat over and over again a well known fact with no other info added.
I saw this interview on Digi (a TV station in our country) and Varzaru joked about it saying that Neagu is always negociating with this team and she never signs. Of course chances are growing since it is clear Neagu will end her collaboration with Buducnost. Imo it is not excluded a big surprise this summer. Rostov pays well and they offered her a big contract last year and a possible destination could be also Vardar. Of course these are my scenarios, but I am just saying you don't have to take for granted this transfer.

So CSM București (Bucharest in English) will clearly have now one of the best first 7s in the world, IF NOT THE BEST.

Ungureanu

Manea

Mehmedović - Neagu - Gulldén - Joergensen (? Kurtović) - Martín

Neagu, Gulldén and Martín are clearly the bests VIA AWARDING (awards and prizes). To me, Mehmedović is also the best left wing in the world (she was chosen this way in CL). So 4 out of 7 are best proven. Not that Ungureanu, Manea and the right back are also not amazing players.

Not to forget: offense gets the glory but defense wins the game.

OK,it's an old "true-ism" but I must recognize is a beautiful sentence.... But still the major problem of CSM was attacking, less the defence and it's a problem of moral balance between defence-attack ,the values must be close.

Well, Gyor, Vardar and CSM at least will be equal now. In a Final 4 anything can happen. I learned from the Hungarians in my country that strictness is good. So Marco is right. Otherwise, now a system with 2 legs in each knockout match would advantage Bucharest.

Interview with Line Jørgensen

Postby vlad_impaler » Mon Feb 20, 2017 8:31 pm

Line Jørgensen is so happy to be in Bucharest, she has extended her agreement with the Champions League winners CSM.

Danish National Team captain is still on the way back after a break caused by a left arm injury.

Monday she signed a new 2-year deal with her Romanian club.

Line Jørgensen said to TV 2 SPORT:

- I feel really good in this team. These are some great players to be with, and that's why it was an easy decision to sign for two more years in Romania.

- I am very happy to play abroad, and I have very clear desire for more of the experiences.

- The club wanted to keep me, their ambitions are still high like mine.

- I love to play in Champions League again and again.

- I am really happy that the club believes in me, despite my medical problems.

Boycott GSP.RO aka Gazeta Sporturilor, they are big liars saying Cristina Neagu gets a 300k euros per year salary. This is not true at all! Alin Petrache of CSM Bucharest stated the contract is much smaller, under this sum.

This kind of writings mocks the image of our beloved player.
