Cristina Neagu, Romanian only, no subtitles. Sorry.

She's happy about her 4th "IHF Player of the Year" title, grateful to her coaches, teammates and fans. She says her injury will only motivate her to come back even more fit and determined than before. She still dreams of Champions Leagues trophies or gold medals with the Romanian national team and hopes her teammates will get used to play without her for awhile, while she's still injured. She wishes to qualify with them at Tokyo Olympics. She encourages all young and talented players to work hard as she did during her entire career. She's grateful to her fans, stating that they are one of the main reasons why she came back to Romania and she knows that they backed her and will continue to back and support her unconditionally and she will therefore continue to push her limits on court to make them happy in return.

Well worth reading both parts.

@HB9
this is what the article says. I think Ursescu ("the journalist") knows only one team from your country. :D

"Maqui" Gandulfo 26, I think she is first argentinian handball player in RO NL ever (if not ,please correct ...). Even it is said to play RB she is a righthand player and probably LB is her first option...and will be difficult to make Cluj fans to forget Raluca Petrus. Here an interview from 2017 where she said that Cris Neagu and Duda Amorim are the players she admired most:
http://www.piramideinvertida.com.ar/ind ... potencias/

I wish her good luck and enjoy to compete starplayers like Neagu,Nora Mork and Lekic .

An interview : Ann Grete Norgaard ...

If I should have been Irina Glibko I would give that beloved number (23) to Ann Grete as a sign of hospitality and benevolentiae .

Do you know about Győr's plans of her replacement?
My guess would be that for next season they buy Solberg from Siófok.
:shock:

Maybe they go back to 2 and will continue with leynaud and kiss (+a talent from their youth).

I hope not. I would hate the idea of Silje in Győr.

Gyør should go for Herczeg (Lili) before any other big clubs gets her. What a talented GK. But they always go for established senior players sp I wont be surprised if they go after Solberg

Neither would I. Besides being an excellent goalkeeper, we should not forget that she's Norwegian, too :D

Silje would be a good pick.

Herczeg is not ready yet and Gyôr will target the 20+ years old FTC players at first IMO
