I maintain my fantasy team that I wrote before tournament. 8:)

But I think this time All Star Team is a joke (as EHF itself) without the best player in the world. And believe me, I'm not a big fan of Cristina Neagu at all.
L. Hutupan-Dinu, V. Ardean-Elisei, Cristina Neagu, O. Manea, I. Stanca, M. Jovanovic, Y. Ozel, R. Maier.

This is just the same s..t when IHF refused to nominate Bojana Popovic for the best player of the world award.

Congrats to JJ Rowland... It's all about optimising the program. more rest, more friendly to TV and fans... As if.. I hope EHF will follow up the consequences of the worst planned championship ever.

Absolutely heartbroken and frustrated for what happened to Cris. And what ehf did, being All time topscorer and at this very moment second top scorer in the competition, is utterly filthy. She deserved to be nominated for Best left back. I am so sad and so disappointed with what ehf did, not to mention the hectic schedule for SOME teams.

Stay strong Cris, we are all with you and we all hope for you and the girls to still make a miracle tonight.

HAI ROMÂNIA! PENTRU NOI! PENTRU CRIS! ❤

Shame of my country's organisation [-X ](*,) ](*,) . Why EHF let this happened? :-k

your country has nothing to do with that, stop saying this. France is one of the countries which could host at any moment a tournament like this and you should be proud.

We already prouved we couldn't.
We knew from the begining of this competition that people are on strike and each saturday the country is in "trouble".
If they have thought about it RUSSIA and SERBIA wouldn't have to play 3 games in 4 days for example...
All this schedule : France with a lot of day off, when the others have to play 2 games in 2 days, look unprofessional.

I would have used a different word

Can you believe this crap?

https://fra2018.ehf-euro.com/newsdetail/science-behind-handball-how-a-performance-analyst-makes-a-team-better

They played e.g. Neagu for 57 minutes against the Netherlands...just watching her throw away the ball for entire match...wonder what role computer program helped AM to make the right decisions on that game... :)

It was so vital to keep her in the match, he couldn't even rest her when she truly showed she needed that? Or just bench her so romania could have a chance to score when they had the attack?

This is the most stupid comment ever! Pure s#it. What the f#ck! ](*,)

The girls have not been humiliated in the semifinal. Or can you say the same thing about the Netherlands too? Because they also lost by 6goals to France.

I am proud of what they've done this year. And maybe we can get the bronze. Hai România! Pentru Cris, din nou! ❤

It was obvious that without Neagu, RO tournament was over....unfortunately ro players were also "convinced" about that...
4th place (without Neagu) is not worse result. Congrat girls ! =D>
Radu Voina has right on TVR : "If someone should had said before the tournament that we 'll gone to be on 4th we should agree gladly and immediately ".
Realistic talking said Voinea" RO is below 6 (place) and is not a good thing not to recognized this truth."...Well, it's seems I'm not the only one who made stupid comments....

Hard to understand Tadici's atacks on Neagu and her status on RO Nat team.... "....she must play on team's benefit..."etc
https://www.prosport.ro/alte-sporturi/h ... c-17787935

On Tadici's logic Cristina Neagu is guilty of being Cr. Neagu and Ro Nat team should be happier without her because THEN the team can be the star and not a player....bla bla bla.... Is just ridiculous man !!! We found that Cris presence in Ro na team is rather a disadvantage, an obstacle for team to play better ...   [-X

In contrast Martin's statement :
"We missed Cristina, we always miss her. We did not look as good without her. She is a player who not only marks, but passes and does a very good defensive phase, "

Crina Pintea shared an article, written in English, on her Facebook page with the comment "Everything is true!!". It explains how the EHF did everything to prevent Romania from winning the EC. (They probably had a very good psychologist helping them, too.) The plan was that the following four teams would play the semifinals: Norway, Germany, Denmark, and France. Neagu's injury wasn't planned, Hungary's job was just to make the Romanians tired. And so on - an interesting article.

If by interesting you mean borderline schizophrenic, then I agree.

EHF is to blame that Romania won the preliminary group and had 3 days break, just like it was scheduled 4 months in advance.

EHF is to blame that Buceschi and most of the ROU team played very poor during the main round.

EHF is to blame that ROU didn't have depth in the squad and had to rely on the same 3-4 players each game.

EHF is to blame that Martin overused Neagu to her unavoidable injury.

Etc, etc.! It must be some new world order conspiracy against Romania.
