Gdynia are pissed poor, Austria and Sweden have higher coefficient than Poland, maybe even Croatia (like in the last season).

Why do we always need a Polish side that invests 0 money? Every season is poorer than in the previous one. From what I know Hypo and Hoor, and even Podravka are registered for Champions League and play qualifications.

Brest instead of Vipers? Really?

I am shocked also....especially for Gdynia. They were crashed (55-34 in aggregate) by Alba Fehérvár (ended up 7th in the Hungarian domestic league) last season in EHF Cup 1st Qualif. Round. :////

Brest seems to me more logical in MR, but where is Lada (RUS2)???

Believe me I wanted to remind about that result, but I forgot. Since then, it's still not a big part of the Polish NT there and no notable foreigner is playing for Gdynia. At least a foreigner of second hand.

Brest instead of Vipers? Actually Brest are also maybe instead of 1st places like Hypo/Podravka.

Lada didn't apply for a wild card.

I was wondering the same thing myself. The club ranking system of EHF is messed up.

It's because we were not champions, while the others were.

THC and Vipers being in the same pot for qualifications are both clear favourites to reach the group stage, and not Main Round as someone said. :D
I doubt Podravka od Hoors can upset anyone, maybe Kastamonu can provide some miracle if they get host right.
Also don't forget Hypo, Austria played well in play offs. :)

Vipers at home could reach group stage

But i think Podravka looks better this year
Maybe Kastamanou could surprice

Who do you think will go to group stage?

Vipers with Lunde, Sulland, Hegh Arntzen, J. Kristiansen, K. Brattset +++ at home should be favorites

As I see there are 4 favourites in next season and 3 of them will be in one main round (Rostov, ETO, CSM). So, in the QF, it will not be too easy to reach F4, if Vardar will win its MR

Unfortunately for CSM, group A pairs with B. Anyway, let's play the game and rock!

The draw also decided that Kristiansand and Thüringer have the first right to organise the qualification tournaments on the second September weekend (8-10 September). The hosts can decide on which two days in that span the matches will be played.

Hosting rights draw:

1 Row 1 (Vipers, Thüringer HC)
2 Row 3 (Kastamonu, Hypo)
3 Row 2 (Podravka, Höörs)
4 Row 4 (Gomel, Atletico)

They didn't award them, but they were lucky to be drawn first.

Vyakhiereva will be more used on right and middle back position than as right wing.Rostov has Managarova who is probably the best right wing now and Sudakova who is also in great form.Sedoykina can also be first choice.I think that Gabor will not use Van der Hijeden a lot,he doesn't like left handed backs,he prefers Pena on right back,Anyko on middle and Jovanovic or Zacsik on left back position.Iinina in Rostov can be first middle back. She is recovering now and she can repet 15-16 season when she was the best back shooter.
