What did Gyor and FTC players take before the matches today? Or Vac and Bekescaba pulled a "Rhein Neckar Lowen against Kielce".
Or something else?

In January no one thought about goal difference. Both FTC and Győr could have won by twenty in January as well, but they did not want to. It made no sense to run 60 minutes long in order to win by twenty or twenty five. Tonight, on the contrary, both FTC and Győr knew very well, that goal difference will decide, and they power played from the first seconds to the last ones.

First of all, congrats to Gyor. Soooo close for FTC, amazing.

And agree  :)

Right side, under the table.
In conclusion, I declare that EHF must be destroyed

Vac are no minnows (they finished 6th and won at Erdi, do you realise?), plus Gyor win is also questionable. Imagine it's a 25-goal difference without Nora and Tomori, plus it's exactly 1 goal which they needed.

In the grand scheme of things, yes they are: http://europeancup.eurohandball.com/ehf ... 2DV%C3%A1c

Also remember the home advantage.

As to Gyor: Yes, a CL-winner can easily trash teams placed #12 in a competition - especially at home.

And they had the ball for the championship. (Háfra missed the shot)
Just like they did in Győr (Schatzl missed).
And in the Cup semi (Pena missed).

Gyor deserved the title, we all know, but FTC can't ever beat Vac by 18. Period. Plus there are questions of corruption at this end.

We didn't need this circus, and ETO should have called up the prosecutors to investigate.

I will not write anything anymore because my point is not to mock anyone, but to have justice. In any country, especially in United Europe.

I just want to remind you that in Romania, for less, referees served in jail some years ago. And the EHF is corrupt in front with the Bonaventuras, plus the Hungarian authorities should investigate Fradi at least.

In rest, of course that there are fixed games everywhere but not so visible.

Vlad, I think you're wrong in this question. I mean not generally in the corruption topic in Hungary, but in this last game.

In this year, the gap has been huge behind FTC and Győr, and they won their games more or less easily. I think if it was their task, they can win by at least 14-15 goals agianst any of their Hungarian opponents in home field.

That's not good, but a fact at the moment

oh, that's even worse. didn't know that. but I do remember Schatzl missing in Gyor.
I guess this was not FTC's luckiest year.
