Norway is a bit difficult because Vipers won all three tournaments, and Storhamar is nr 2 in all 3 tournaments, and Larvik has been relagated to second division

But i guess:

Vipers for CL

Storhamar EHF-cup, may upgrade to CL (but lost Masson, Løke and Riegelhuth next season and only have 9 players, so they have a big job to do this summer

Tertnes have a spot, but they said no last year, so dont now
Larvik had a spot, but they has been relagated, so they loose their spot
Fredrikstad maybe has a spot, but they had do think twice last year because of economy

So Norway teams for next year is a big question

Hungary

Champions League: Győr
EHF Cup: FTC, Siófok, Érd, Vác.

Both FTC and Siófok stated they'll apply for an upgrade to Champions League. However, according to the rules of the recent years (rules for 2019/20 haven't been published yet) it's not the club but the national federation which can apply for an upgrade and only for one club, i.e. the hungarian federation shall make the decision.
Debrecen could apply for an EHF Cup wild card, I haven't read or heard anything about it but I suppose they will.

EHF-uprade to CL - Odense

EHF-cup:
Nykøbing
Copenhagen
Herning-Ikast

Ikast was the runner-up, so they can apply for CHL spot

That is questionable.

First of all because we don’t know whether teams or federations applies.

Secondly, when Denmark had 2 spots, regular season winner got 1 spot.

Thirdly, EHF can choose any team, it wants

Negative.
- Any team, qualified for the EHF Cup, may apply, there is not any restriction like 'the runner up may apply'.
- In Denmark usually it's the winner of the regular season (for you: Alapszakasz-győztes) whose application is supported by the danish federation, not the runner up.
In conclusion, I declare that EHF must be destroyed

In that case Odense could be nominated for CHL upgade

Copenhagen is not qualified for the EHF cup.
Esbjerg is Champions league ready

EHF cup
Odense
Herning Ikast
Nykøbing F as cupwinners.

Should Odense get an upgrade to the Champions league, we will lose a EHF cup spot

Metz (FRA1) > Group phase
Vipers (NOR1) > Group phase

Buducnost (MNE1) > Group phase
Lublin (POL1) > Group phase (??)

Confirmed teams from Norways

Vipers to CL
Storhamar EHF, but apply for CL
Tertnes and Fredrikstad EHF
Byåsen apply for ekstra EHF

It would be fun if Molde had a spot. They have an exciting team. Maybe next year

Romania will have 6 teams in the European Cups. SCM Craiova received the answer from the EHF: it will evolve next season in # EHF Cup!

Both FTC and Siófok say the Hungarian federation applied for an upgrade to the Champions Leage for that club. However, according to 2.5.1. of this year's regulation it shall not be possible.
In conclusion, I declare that EHF must be destroyed

I think there is a chance for FTC-Siofok in QT, as you had FTC-Erd last years.

That means 4 Qualification Tournaments and 2 or 3 wild cards. Good idea I think, but are there 16 teams who would like to play Qualification?

I think there would be 3 WC in the group stages. I don't think Macedonia will send any team in CL.
