EURO 2012 - Poland/Ukraine

Postby karel » Fri Jun 08, 2012 6:53 am

As a one of the "hosts" of this big sport event I decided to open such topic.
The tournament begins today: kick-off at 18:00 CET, Poland-Greece, Warsaw, The National Stadium (Stadion Narodowy).
What are your favorites? Who are you cheering for? What are your expectations?
Feel free to write :D

I feel very nervous before the match today. The game against Greece is incredibly important for our team. The victory or at least a draw would be priceless in the first match. If we lose it, we may have big problem. So... I hope for a win. :)

Like in the last two championships, I will be cheering for Germany. :D

I love their playing style and they have a relatively young squad compared to other national teams. Schweini FTW!

P.S. Go look to your NT and hope everything goes well with organization. And I'll see you in the next qualies. ;)

Since I always like the underdogs, I'll cheer for Ireland and Poland,
From the big guns, the Netherlands.
I'll also keep an eye on Croatia as they seem to have an interesting team.

Two or three days ago a "professional" in Hungarian TV said that Switzerland has chances to win. :-)
In conclusion, I declare that EHF must be destroyed
