People are prone to believe that horrible things can never happen with those who they love so much. Life is unjust. I'm afraid I won't be able to watch handball for long. :(
The last goal of Anita

The winner is going to be Croatia, it is evident. Mirza will kick bums. :)
I will be curious to see Germany and especially Sweden after their generation shift.

Hungary has to play in the group phase??? How is that possible. They have much more success than Norway, Czech Republic and I guess also Iceland... and humm greece?!?  We screwed up qualifying for the W.Ch. It was ridiculous: our team, preparing for the Olympics, lost to Norway 2 time...

I was absolutely amazed by the gala. My favourite matches were the clashes of the Oldies, including such former stars who I have never seen before (like Tóth-Harsányi sisters from the Montréal bronze medallist team; Gódorné and Őriné from the legendary 1982 team) and those who made me the fan of thi...

Woman NT to do well in Russia and stay in the best 6 as since 1998. and Boki to have the same success in civil life as on the court. Pálinger to have a ...

Why is Gorbicz benched all the time. I don't get that Kiss guy at all? Maybe he wants to take the load off her, especially by knowing that she was out of form throughout the whole Olympics. Against France, at long last, she was as good as before. Denmark won and will lack the importance of their ma...

Hun-Rom 31-25 (17-13) I expected much more resistance from Romania, especially in defense. Gogirla and Bradeanu were also disappointments, they have been in really nice form in Győr in this season. Though, we could bring up the opponent again. (19-18 after 17-9) Pálinger had an excellent 1st half, w...

BTW - why is there so few Hungarian fans at the matches with the hometeam??? In Croatia I think 10.000 Hungarians were present! Because they are... pathetic. :? Surprise... just after the Olympics. Neither Russia, Denmark, Norway or France played with their strongest lineups after Sydney2000. Farkas however played fantastic!!! - she's not playing nt anymore. A little summarizing from Hungarian aspect (a bit long, sorry) Hungary has 3 stable points in the team: - Radulovics. (Not Radouluvics, got it Jessen? :P ) She is divine as always. - Kulcsár. When she gets the ball the result is goal or penalty shot, the chance of other possibilities is minimal. It ...

How has Djokic been holding on? I noticed she played almost full-time against Croatia and scored 5 goals.
France prepares with a sirloin dinner for 40 in an English restaurant for the match of tomorrow. They should take care not to upset their stomach.

Kindl was very convincing yesterday and scored 6 goals out of 6 shots in the 2nd half against Austria. Does it mean that she became a reliable NT-player at long last? I hope so and wish her the best. Surprisingly enough, a quite large number of Austrian (!) fans made an excursion to support their te...

It could sound like Luca is a bit of a drama queen - I´ve read somewhere that the reason Simona Spiridon from Hypo isn´t on the NT is because of difficulties with Luca and her husband. Who is Luca's husband to have stress on the matters of the NT? Romanian NT must hurry not to disappoint such a**ho...

Re: Transfers and resignings for the 2005/2006 season.

Does anybody know when her contract with Dunaferr will end? Perhaps she would come to Aalborg DH, who should be negotiating with one foreign and one Danish player. According to the news archive section of Dunaferr's site, her contract is valid until 2006. (As well as the contract of Ferling, Kindl,...

It is very hard for both Cuban and Hungarian, too. He assumed Hungarian citizenship this year and had a Hungarian wife, who was born their baby 4 or 5 years ago. He was excellent and played an important role in Dunaferr`s national champion title & EHF Cup silver medal. RIP. :(
