I have a feeling, that it means the ends of her career.

Why didn't she make such decision before the summer when Győr would have options to get a replacement?
Maybe she is not happy with Danyi as a coach...

So she stops her whole handball carreer just because of Danyi and lies to the world that it is because of her health.

Is it logical?

She's been exploited. Like Nycke Groot.

Well, we've seen much more odd reasons in the past to serve as an occasion to jump out form a live contract.
My problem is that why did she regonize this situation only now?

Well... it's not easy to recognise that you have mental problems and have to tell the whole world about it...

Quite sure that's not the definition of Ad hominem. The reason i said that is because ive been trough quite a lot myself and i understand why she didn't tell sooner and tried to explain that to you...

In an interview Danyi, the new head coach says one of the changes he wants to implement with the team is that the players won't be "train wrecks" by the end of the season (I don't remember the exact word he uses but it's something like that.).
Broch, Groot, Bódi, Amorim, and maybe others were absolutely drained by May.

And yes, here are some key questions.
1. If he propagates this(which makes sense.... and would have made sense last year too BTW) and Broch knows this, why doesn't she simply take 2-3 months out to get a rest? Like an unpaid leave without this press hype that causes bad reputation to both her and her club.
2. How does the club want to handle this issue type which doesn't apply only to Broch(she was indeed a key player both in attack and defense)? E.g. they still have a single RB who also got seriously injured last year or after Broch only Brattset is left in the very same situation.
3. Is anyone unhappy with this strategy: let's buy one more LB as it is never enough, just like GKs, also let's buy some more PM-s and sell our yougsters anywhere(Lakatos, Tóth) but do not give a s**t about other positions. Not to mention that a VASAS or such could have been defeated with Pál, Áfentaler, Fodor, etc. too
4. There is also another mine ready for some kind of explosion there: Now obviously Tomori will serve as a second RB... the position she hated so much that made her to leave FTC as she got promised she will have a chance to play finally as LB.
Győr also has a Görbicz, a top PM who is forced to play as a LW since a while.
In nutshell I see lots of reasons for various players to be unhappy and these reasons are caused by bad leadership choices.

This is again just my humble opinion.

Top level, top player, no rest, hit the wall... Hope Yvette Brock will be back soon, the pressure on top players are immense. Hope for a quick battery charge and to see her back on both NT and Györ shortly. The female handball world needs her, its a loss without her, no matter what team she plays, she is greatness...

Frafjord is not motivated to play anymore
If I was Gyor I would try to get this line-player (as a replacement for Broch). She has so much potential

Linn-Kristin Riegelhuth Koren (34, NOR, Larvik) decided to end her handball career.

In Larvik she is an all-time top scorer with her 3407 goals in 591 matches. For Norway she scored 971 goals in 279 matches.

Good luck to her onwards and a sincere thank you for the quality handball and fair-play displayed for so many years. =D> =D>

A great player and a true sportswoman! She was one of the most iconic stars of the 2000s and early 2010s, so it seems reasonable for her to retire at this point. Hope she stays in handball.
