What are you going on about? Pena played a lot today against Buducnost and she spent some time on court against Hypo too. Playing on the third match would've been too much and risky for her. Piros played a little bit too, Szarka had enough time, and Such too. Deáki didn't perform well, so she didn't get much time. And Szendrei scored a goal against Hypo.

We already had a bunch of preparation matches against good teams where Gábor kept switching the players around. This cup was the big test, with tough teams.

The younger players can prove themselves in the championship. Also, Szekerczés wasn't here, like I said, and she'll most likely spend a lot of time on court too. And we don't know what the situation with Zácsik's shoulder is exactly, so don't speculate and try to make Gábor look bad. I'm sure she wouldn't have played this much if it was too risky.

Don't cry, I did not criticise Elek. First line played 90% in the 3 matches but he doesn't really have options. He wanted to win the cup and I did not say it's a problem.

Zácsik had pain in her shoulder after the matches and it's just the beginning of the season. No speculation unfortunately but I really hope she will be ok.

Of course :D My estimation is 80%.

So you are complaining about 2-3 undeserved 7m out of 14? :? To tell the truth I don't really care...
As I remember 1-2 were questionable (video needed) and 2 were not given. Slow footwork in defence by Valcea, that's all. But it needs time and will be ok I guess.

There were kind of too many 7m for FTc,but most of them were deserved.I'm not complaining about the refs. They were not the reason for our defeat.I was just wanted to accent you're first impulse of saying that all 14(a big nr of 7m for one team)were all correctly awarded :)That's all.
You are right about our defence,it was too slow and Verten had some fun with it.

Sure. Not now but in two-three years. In this season I expect the main round of CL will be played without Buducnost.

Agree, for me Majda was the best player of Szabella Cup (however, MVP is seldom choosen from the last ranked team). I've been a big fan of her for several years and now she can show her talent.

we don't have the classic 9m shoter, maybe Zivkovic

And just after reaching the top with the two best shooters of the world it is really a shock.
I wish Jelena to have a shining future in Podgorica. She's a talent and a nice girl but she had lots of difficulties here in Budapest. (Note that Kaca Bulatovic in this age played in a pathetic team in Beograd).

That wasn't pathetic team. Good team, good coach but not all lucky as Katarina. (To be healthy in the first place).

Maybe I'm too optimistic but after what I've seen of Zajecar,U Cluj has a good chance for qualifying if the two teams meet.Hard to say if that will happen because i believe that Rostov is better than Zajecar.

no, you`re not. Zajecar didnt`t look like a linked team. but U Cluj has no chances of meeting Zajecar because Rostov will beat it in the semifinals. if nothing special happens Rostov will also defeat U Cluj in final.

Münster, Sporthalle Berg Fidel

According to the pictures at Stadionwelt it's almost the same arena like in Dormagen, Wuppertal and Essen.
Homearena of the Volleyballteam USC Münster

Hamm, Maxipark-Arena

It's the home arena of Men's 2. Bundesliga Team ASV Hamm-Westfalen

I didn't see any ticketlinks up to now, but if there is online-ticketing than DHB will have the links on it's website
Greetings from Germany

Coach Gheorghe Tadici has announced Romanian NT roster for Trofeul Carpaţi (Carpathians Trophy):

Goalkeepers: Paula Ungureanu (Oltchim), Talida Tolnai (Uskudar Istanbul), Mihaela Smedescu (HCM Baia Mare)
Left wings: Iulia Curea (Oltchim), Camelia Balint-Hotea (Corona Braşov), Nicoleta Dincă (U Jolidon Cluj)
Right wings: Ada Nechita (Oltchim), Marilena Burghel (Corona Braşov), Aneta Pârvuţ (HCM Baia Mare)
Pivots: Oana Manea (Oltchim), Crina Ailincăi-Pintea (HC Zalău), Raluca Agrigoroaie (HCM Roman)
Left backs: Adina Meiroşu (Oltchim), Diana Druţu (Corona Braşov), Clara Vădineanu (U Jolidon Cluj)
Right backs: Melinda Geiger (HCM Baia Mare), Gabriela Mihalschi (CSM Bucureşti), Daniela Băbeanu (SCM Craiova)
Playmakers: Adriana Ţăcălie (Corona Braşov), Luciana Marin (HCM Roman)

There is also a Romania B team, which consists in players of A team, plus:

Goalkeepers: Mihaela Cheţa (HC Zalău), Mirela Nichita (Dunărea Brăila)
Left wing: Ana Maria Iuganu (HCM Roman)
Right wing: Roxana Varga (HC Zalău)
Pivot: Oana Apetrei (Corona Braşov)
Left backs: Gabriela Perianu (Dunărea Brăila), Bianca Tiron (LPS Iaşi)
Right backs: Laura Chiper (Corona Braşov), Mihaela Briscan (SCM Craiova)
Playmakers: Eliza Buceschi (Baia Mare), Ana Maria Apipie (SCM Craiova)

From what I see, there are no Tereza Tamaş (RK Zaječar), Denisa Dedu (Corona Braşov), Andreea Pricopi (Corona Braşov) or Florina Chintoan (U Jolidon Cluj). However, according to Gheorghe Tadici: "The list will remain open, I'm still thinking of few players. For European Championship in Serbia the roster could also include other players." (ProSport)

Țăcălie and Burghel will not take part in the NT schedule for this period anymore. They got injured - ironically - in the match played against Tadici's own team, Zalău.

Țăcălie has a knee ligaments strain and Burghel a muscle rupture. Both players will be out for the following weeks. So basically 2 more NT-eligible player that Zalău ”took out” this year, after Zamfir's awful injury.

Oltchim Râmnicu Vâlcea-Romanian National Team 25-23, in a friendly game which took place in Râmnicu Vâlcea. Manea and Meiroşu played for Romanian NT.

Best "Romanian" players: Oana Manea, Adina Meiroşu (!), Crina Ailincăi. Both right-backs, Melinda Geiger and Clara Vădineanu, were awful today.
Best ORV players: Katarina Bulatović (9 goals) and goalkeepers Paula Ungureanu and Silvia Navarro.

Highlights:
- Alexandrina Barbosa and Marija Jovanović speaking Romanian in an interview after the game =D> ;
- coach Gheorghe Tadici taking a yellow card in a friendly game :lol:;
- Gheorghe Tadici promising he will "discipline" Geiger and will help Meiroşu to re-became the great player she used to be few years ago.

A second ORV-Romanian NT game will be held tomorrow in Vâlcea, at 11.00 EET, but unfortunately won't be broadcast. :(

I remember she was public's (and mine's :)) favorite. She was good and enthusiastic, successful in almost everything she tried to do. Usually, she was the 7 m penalty shooter in every game. That's how I remember her. Or maybe I'm too old.
