You are probably too happy (for "m/ork") to notice that you are on the wrong thread.

Only four days at this forum made you this much distressed? Chill out, man. :D

Good news from Bucharest! Today the greater council of the city hall pumped 3.2 million euros into the CSM project, so all the sections (handball, volleyball, basketball, etc) have stability until the end of the year.

DIANGI bak2, 250.000 euros sponsorship - 1 year contract. DIANGI Grup (telecommunication & electronics) was represented by Gregoire Dumoulin.

The objective is to have half of the budget consisted of sponsors.

Constantin Căliman is still general director till the summer of 2016 at least.

To sum it up, Deonise left, Jorgensen had surgery and will be out for +3 months, Rodrigues will most likely miss the match against Vardar, so CSM will face Vardar with only 3 quality 9m players, Torstensson-Gullden-Brădeanu. They have Bazaliu as well, but she's yet to show her talents and Nicula, that girl who's a mess even in the Romanian league. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Fisker and Martin playing at 9m. Carmen was used as a RB in a recent friendly match against Ploiești. :? They didn't bring any players during the break, even though they have severe squad problems; Kim Rasmussen said he'll try a new playing system, but let's be realistic, when you're forced to use your wings as backs, you can't expect much. This club is going down. ](*,) Does any of you know if Grubisic, Pessoa, Vetkova can play as backs?

Pessoa, Rodrigues and Franca da Silva came back to Romania on the 2nd of January, three days after CSM played against Ploiesti in a friendly game. That's stupid from the management. I understand that they need a holiday after a difficult year, but that's discrimination against the other players. Yeah, we will see Martin as a RB, but that sums up everything that is wrong at this team. I can understand that financial trouble was present, but this whole season has been amateurish. You can't lose Gullden and Rodrigues in the same summer and you also can't let Fachinello leave just like that.

There's no given reason, it's just Rasmussen saying she's probably going to miss the first 'Ligă' match. Now I'm wondering If he's talking about the Liga Națională match against Cisnădie (on Tuesday) or the Champions League game against Vardar. :-k Hope she'll play against Vardar ... If someone said 2 months ago that I'm going to pray to all Gods that Rodrigues will play, I'd laugh so bad. But now we need her, especially when there are so few 9m players in the squad. #-o

Who knows what are the reasons behind this. Maybe they are again late with the wages and gave the brazilians a longer break, hoping they'll get some time. It's whatever ... the team is so messed up right now that I'm going to enjoy every match as if it was the last. Cause, you know, it might be the last.

Same mistakes all over again..
Why do the Romanians make instant teams for 1-2 seasons? Wouldn't it be better to invest in Romanian talents and reinforce with 2-3-4 foreign players? They set the goal to win the CL and they want to win it in the first year and buy like crazy, and later they wonder what's wrong..
Why is it so important to win CL right away instead of building a team that could be among top teams in the future and one of the contenders for the title?
I like what Baia Mare did. The got rid of most of the foreigners, kept the ones that are useful and they have a nice team now. And play much better than last year even though they lost against Larvik and Rostov.

@John, it's all about politics and politicians.
They use these teams in order to improve quickly their image.

Also, through false contracts of players they steal extra money (btw, public money). And this is happening in many clubs from different sports in Romania.
L. Hutupan-Dinu, V. Ardean-Elisei, Cristina Neagu, O. Manea, I. Stanca, M. Jovanovic, Y. Ozel, R. Maier.

Wow, that's such an ignorant comment to make. Please, tell us more about how it's CSM's responsability to eradicate poorness all around the city and country. You must be very smart, post some random picture with poor kids and blame it on CSM as a 'social responsability'. Comments like yours should never, ever be made on a handball forum. Shame on you! [-X

This makes me ask if people who comment about CSM Bucuresti have any idea what they're talking about. As you may (not)know, the Administrative board of Bucharest has a budget for every institution that is subordinated to it, including social support for poor or unemployed people and their kids + medical services..for everything else there are ministries. And CSM is part of Bucharest's administration, don't see anything wrong with this..after all, kids need a professional environment where they can practice sports and have good results. For example, I didn't have this chance while I was growing up because there were none and sports in school are taken as a joke by most.
