Maybe Gyor is the least exposed to such faith, but the others who went big in 2-3 years with enormous budgets can easily go backwards. and the recent history tells us the same. fortunately some clubs survived (Viborg etc) and they continue at low level, but some didn't (Oltchim etc).
The fact is Valcea bornt second time (with same Berbecaru who managed old Oltchim). Nowdays they made a statement that they are now most hottest supporters of CSM in order that if CSM win the title on may 2018 Valcea will joined CL again as second romanian participant(by double of points)....If I was instead of Berbecaru (let's joke ...) I wouldn't hurry with such dream scenario in press...there are a lot of "IF" there (...if CSM win....if Valcea finished second place in LN.....if they make some new important transfers....if securized the new budget...). But is good to know that romanians from that region [Oltenia] are known as very ambitious and quick blood men.
