If I'm not missinformed Helena Paulo (Angola) scored 14 goals =D> against the danish...

31 from 32 goals against Japan were scored only by 5 romanian players (Raluca Petrus 8,AC Popa 8,Sorina Tarca 7,Daria Bucur 4,Andreea Mihart 4 )...not a very encouraging thing I think . Besides RO took nonetheless then 30 (!) goals and has a very modest play .

Comparing ,Holland has 12 scorers ! (right against Paraguay.... but still is something that talk about homogeneity, team value and team-play)

I find it difficult to predict which contries are favorites, so many young and talented players that I do not know. So you look at previous or recent results and combine it with tradition and Handball culture.

In the group of Holland I think Angola and Japan will be very hard to beat, I guess Romania and Denmark will be to strong, but maybe #4 in the group is possible.
Holland U20 has 2 big talents Dione Housheer (18 years) and next year playing for Nykøbing Falster HK and Larissa Nusser (18 years) and next year also playing in Denmark for F.C. København Håndbold, both of them already played in the national women team.
Looking at the scores againts Paraguay this is not that strange:
Dione Housheer 9, Merel Freriks 8, Larissa Nusser 5

Actually Merel Freriks (20 years) is already playing in the Bundesliga for HSG Bensheim/Auerbach. She also played some games with the "Big Girls".

Note: in the Dutch League when you are a talent and are 19 or 20 years, you are considerered as being "old", then it's time to leave and play in Germany or Denmark :D.

No one knows. They are free today (no games in Group A), their tomorrow game is scheduled to 4PM and has not been cancelled (yet).
In conclusion, I declare that EHF must be destroyed

Romania - Paraguay 41-25

Most important ro scorers : Andrada Berbece 10, A.C. Popa 8, Severin 7, Tecar 7 .....Tirca,Bucur,Petrus didn't play. (A.C.Popa played only second half ). I liked Tadici change the play-role for some of the players ...
Have to work on speed and on defence (30 goals from Japan,25 from Paraguay ?)

Regarding live streaming, I have to say this is the worst event in many last years. I don't blame organisers for video quality, it's pretty good (especially for games played in Fonix Arena), I blame them for not being punctual. As examples, stream for Angola-Holland started after 10 minutes of play, Romania-Paraguay video was stopped before game ended. [-(

And why they hide recordings on their youtube channel? #-o

I always use this link:
https://www.hungaryhandball2018.com/streaming.html

Started looking the Holland Angola game after 10 minutes but would be sad missing the first ten mninutes, after the game within 1-2 minutes you see the Tournament logo, better to do that a few minutes later.
Good video quality.

Thank you wbk. So if I understood it correctly, the French basically supposed the players to be secret migrants and refused visas. I wonder what is their side of the story. Anyway, it is a very sad business, and as usual, the players lost most.

Denmark 95-66 (+RO+Holl) 6p

Denmark played the weakest 3 teams of group and has weakest atack...Romania problems with defence...Holland has the best datas and probably win the group.

Angola 0p 66-91 Jap 2p 80-92
