Only five months later she signs for Vipers for two seasons: https://www.aftenposten.no/100Sport/bal ... 5810b.html

Can anyone explain that to me?

She had a clause in her contract that Byåsen would strengthen the team with three named players. Anna Bjørke Kallestad, Rita Lakatos and Ingvild Bakkerud. Bakkerud ended up in Odense, I guess that's why she chose to break her side of the deal.

At the same time they loose Högdal, Jacobsen, Grøtan (most likely), Yttereng. Perhaps Venn will leave as well, depending on where she will study. Storhamar has been mentioned to be in dialogue with her. I guess all these profiles leaving is the tipping point of her decision. Not Bakkerud not coming.

On another note, Maria Hjertner left Byåsen as she was third choice behind Högdal and Waade... A year later... Sad for Byåsen. However, they will do what they always do, be second best and develop amazing talents!

Anouk Van de Wiel goes to Molde!

And regarding Byåsen. They always let their players go. Another season, another restart. Now their not even second best, they are 4th this season, but next season probably 5th or maybe even 6th after Vipers, Larvik, Storhamar, Tertnes and even Fredrikstad will have a more developed team. They will probably never get things right again.

__________

And Byåsen has now said that they never will have that type of contract again
Its to risky (and I think stupid)

That would be a crap signing for FTC, come on...Klivinyi is not CHL level, never been...she always fails on international level. :/

She was a talented player in Győr, she is tall enough, but she is an "alibi" player, so nice for Hypo's current level.

I am very disappointed...or even devestated with these new players... injured, no-name or 2nd line players... CHL Main Round might be reachable and 2-4. places in domestic league...

You're not the only one... It's like they don't want to be one of the best clubs in hungary anymore. I guess siofok wil take their spot in CL in 2019/2020

You guys are always so obsessed with 'names'. If you put a good team together it will be just as good as some bought 'name' team.

Not obsessed with namens, but just don't Understand what they are doing. They sign 2 talented RB but not an expierenced one who can guide the talented. And in my eyes there are better options then they signed now who also dont have a big name

I'd be happy with this signings if
1. the wast majority wouldn§t be injuered
2. They would add a single big name to the list: Abbingh, Penezic, AM Hansen, Nze Minko, Luzumová, Holta

Yet it just seems like a huge lottery.

I think th sam,e they could go for Luzumova, Gros, Penezic, Abbingh, Polman, Lazovic (Varlec)... for instance. Wings and GKs are CHL level, that is for sure, but in the middle... we will have HUGE problems next year....
