Sad day with a sad decision.
Győr should be going for future players: Stolle, Klujber, Afentaler...
Afentaler nothing special,Klujber is good player, but she looks like she doesn’t have enough strength sometimes,we saw it against Rostov, she has good statistics just because she scored a lot of penalties. From these 3 players you mentioned I like the most Stolle, but Györ doesn’t have good experience with players from Germany.

Afentaler were perfect backup, but Győr is lack of intention to risk a bit.
Shame

Re: Transfers 2019/2020
Gyor have a plan, let Stolle or Klujber grow first - Bulatovic signed only one year contract, and ofc she is not like before, shes getting older. But here defense skills, experience and still a good arm will be useful for Gyor.
Katarina Bulatovic are one of most scoring players, and only played for the best clubs when she was old enough for that. 813 goals in the EHF CL (and still counting)

ETO is not a playground for an 18 years old. Afentaler needs playing time, she needs to stand on her own feet and show what she is made of. Fehérvár is a good place for that. In a team like ETO, a young player never learns how to take responsibility, how to fight for a chance when no world class player is besides her. It would only show a heavily distorted picture of her capacity.

That is not the right approach. Take a look on the top European clubs on handball or even in football. Dika Mem was 19, when joined to Barca, while Malvyn Richardson was 20, when joined to MHB. Remili was 21, Bylik was 19, L. Nilsson 19.. In Football, MU or Barca has always built on their own youth team. Somehow, they had a chance to fight for their position.
ETO is simply not strategic enoughto do sg. with them and as there are not too many clubs in the world to compete with Győr financially, they are in a convenient position.
And I don't say, that it is their task to play with 8-10 U20 players at the same time. But looking at their recent activities, the only thing they have at the moment is money and nothing else.

I'm not well versed in male handball, but as I see, all of the players in the examples above had prior experience at much higher level than their youth league and showed symptoms of a quality player. Dika Mem played a season in the French League with Tremblay where he score 93 goals in 25 games, Richardson played also in the French League with Chambéry before joined Montpellier, Remili helped Créteil to return to League 1, etc.
Afentaler is now at step 1, joining an NB1 team after she finished at her youth team. I agree with jensm, let's give these young players time to grow and let's see what they are capable of.

Well, the Hungarian league is quite strong, but do you know good examples from the last couple of years, when a player was on loan and then come back to Győr after 1-2 years and became the part of the team? Or Did Győr chased any of the potential stars (like Barca or Kiel, or Flensi did)?
No. They cannot do anything but buy players like Edwige or Nze Minko.

Aimée von Pereira (who you may remember as the MVP at the U-17 european championship in 2017), wants to move to Denmark next season. Unfortunately after winning that title she never quite seemed to reach that level again....
Maybe the move to DK will rekindle the talent again.

Natalya Reshetnikova (LW) Universitet Izhevsk
Lada Tolyatti.

Quite interesting move since Lada have quite a few LWs. I wonder who will leave, my guess is Tarasova.

Laura Popa(24 years) from Cluj to Mosonmagyarovar...everywhere she was ,was an "open" hope ...and nothing more.
May be she'll be more lucky there...
