Even as a Norwegian fan, I wonder if todays match could have differed if Pintea was part of the team. Ostase was amazing, but Pintea must be one of the top 5 LP´s in the world? Such a loss for Romania her not being fit for fight. Usually Neagu, Pintea, Buceschi and Laslo are just great to watch play together.

It would have been useful to have her mostly because our bench is thin...And I think in this moment Pintea and Ostase can be very complementary.
Anyway, it was an unexpectedly good performance of the Romanian players, even if we lost by 8. Norway is more mature and maybe they would have won +5 with Pintea too. Our team had no training games, some of the players didn't have a game in the last 9 months ( coach error if you ask me) and Laslo and Buceschi barely came out after their doping-gate.
But it will be fun to watch these teams playing against each other in the near future mostly because some of our players are still in development process and I think they could do more (Ostase, A. Popa, Dindiligan who didn't play that much this tournament, etc).
I really enjoy the games against Norway, they always make the best version out of you.
We probably lost to the best team in this tournament, but time will tell. Congrats Norway.

PS: Ostase should move to a better team, her potential is huge. And she also is my avatar.
