Glad to hear it.. Achilles tendon rupture is a kind of a freak injury in handball, morevoer in women's handball.
On that note.. I hope we will see Dmitrieva having a good comeback next season.

Do you think Ilyina will be back on the national team at some point?

Re: Russian Superleague 2019/2020
I think Kato has a chance, but coaches have more information about her injuries. She might be invited to Olympic qualification, because Dmitrieva is injured and Frolova is in transition process in Rostov Don and has less practice.

Hahahahaha! Ilina has terrible statistics! 6 goals out of 14 shots! she didn’t have a good playmaker game at all! it’s not clear what’s in her head and what she’s playing! very low game intelligence! This is not a level for the national team! in the game she looked awful! shame for Ilyina!

Seriously?? Don’t forget that she wasn’t on the court for almost 2 years, since October she ´s back and she had to take responsabilities because of the injured miss players, she did well yesterday against one the toughest defense in Europe. She had to take shoots because she’s the leader of cska actually . of course she can improve but (like all the players back from an injury) she needs time and all will be fine. And don’t trust only statistics to rate a NT level , or you have to consider also that Abbingh (with a 0/3) isn’t at level (..insense). Ur reflexion is wrong. Ilina is talented and has enough experience to play in NT

she had no injury! it was a PR move! everything is done in order to compose a beautiful story about a weak player like Ilina who has neither talent nor skill! plus to everything she has high-ranking friends in power!

tremendous pressure on Ambros Martin, because he has no choice about Ilina! they tell him that he is obliged to take her, otherwise he will be dismissed! Is it really fair to get into NT this way?

No talent or skill ? Seriously ? Scoring 97 goals in CL in 2015 And scoring last 7m shot to qualify her team in Olympic final is maybe for you not enough to consider her as a talented player. She proved the world what she can do and now she needs time to recover fully from her spinal injury

I think you are biased about Ilina not the first time. All the possible playmakers in Russian team has their pluses and minuses. There is no ideal figure in Russian team.
