You mean "4 not 3". There are 13 teams currently in the First League after Corona Brasov was suspended. Currently three places are available for promotion, raising the number of teams in the First League to 16. If Slobozia will withdraw from the competition before the start we could have 4 promoted teams, instead of 3. But I have no idea how did you come up with 5...

correct...4 instead of 3 ...next season 4+1 (...if one team withdraw)...though I red somewhere places 11 and 12 have to play tournament (toward second division places) to have option to continue NHL.(?)
