How are we supposed to interpret the schedule - only four teams know where they are going next week?

Have you tried 'load future matches'? For me it works normally

Apparently all the matches are now filmed and produced by the EHF themselves (or rather a company specialized in sports tv production) and no longer by a local TV station. So now every game should be broadcast in the same standard (camera angles, replays, etc).

It doesn't matter if they don't let you watch the games.

I don´t know if this is fully implemented, yet, but broadcasting of Krim vs Vipers was a little rough, I may say. The general view of the court was provided by a very distant camera, and players statistics were almost not shown, specially after they scored goals. Partly maybe due to Krim´s gymnasium characteristics, but...

The men’s ATP Tour and women’s WTA Tour on Thursday announced the cancellation of this year’s Kremlin Cup in Moscow due to the rising COVID-19 infection rate in the Russian capital.

“As mandated by the Moscow City Administration, the event will no longer be permitted to go ahead in 2020,” the tours said in a joint statement.

So why is everyone in handball still required to go there?
idle banter.

Radicevic, Ramusovic, Grbic and Maslova are back.. And some others like Popovic, Dzaferovic and Kadovic (probably to warm the bench).

The restrictions of the Norwegian government, applicable to the team of Elverum regarding their travel to Skopje and especially their re-entry into Norway, do not make it feasible to have this game played on the currently foreseen date. The consequences would be too severe and would endanger Elverum's next matches in the competition.

Vipers so far seems to have non of these problems. Or maybe it has to do with travel to a non-EU/Schengen country. :-k

Vipers Coach:

- The FTC now has ten infected, eight players and two coaches, Vipers coach Ole Gustav Gjekstad tells TV 2.

- We are shaking a little now, but I think we will get to play in Germany. So far, no one is infected with us or in Bietigheim, he continues.

- Rostov is impossible now, Gjekstad explains. They get ten days quarantined when they travel here and we get ten days if we go there, and we will play many other matches as well, so as of now it is not possible. We are working to postpone that fighting.

In Hungary tha average of the last 7 days is 10.5%. Spain and France have similar figures.

Yes :) , but the second rule is still lax, because between...

 less than 20 confirmed cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks

and

 less than 5% positive tests on average per week in the last two weeks

...there is a big difference. The first condition is almost impossible to reach nowadays - and I can't see any country reaching this threshold in the foreseeable future (even Norway is above it). While the second condition is (or was at the time of posting) quite attainable, with figures below 2% or even 1% in many european countries.

Even last week the positivity rate was only 1.22% in Germany. Pretty much the same in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Even the UK is still well below and Italy also.
idle banter.

According to Podravka's website, the match has been postponed "due to the overall COVID-19 situation in Romania". Podravka even offered to host the game, but Valcea declined as they "could not arrange the travel on such a short notice".

What I don't understand is how Romania is all of a sudden problematic, while matches continue normally in countries with a much higher infection rate, such as Montenegro, France and Russia.

Easy. Authorities freaked out.. Cold season îs coming, I can see closing down the handball league. We will be shiting ourself until a vaccin îs found.
