Apparently all the matches are now filmed and produced by the EHF themselves (or rather a company specialized in sports tv production) and no longer by a local TV station. So now every game should be broadcast in the same standard (camera angles, replays, etc).

I don´t know if this is fully implemented, yet, but broadcasting of Krim vs Vipers was a little rough, I may say. The general view of the court was provided by a very distant camera, and players statistics were almost not shown, specially after they scored goals. Partly maybe due to Krim´s gymnasium characteristics, but...

So why is everyone in handball still required to go there?

...there is a big difference. The first condition is almost impossible to reach nowadays - and I can't see any country reaching this threshold in the foreseeable future (even Norway is above it). While the second condition is (or was at the time of posting) quite attainable, with figures below 2% or even 1% in many european countries.

Even last week the positivity rate was only 1.22% in Germany. Pretty much the same in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Even the UK is still well below and Italy also.

According to Podravka's website, the match has been postponed "due to the overall COVID-19 situation in Romania". Podravka even offered to host the game, but Valcea declined as they "could not arrange the travel on such a short notice".

What I don't understand is how Romania is all of a sudden problematic, while matches continue normally in countries with a much higher infection rate, such as Montenegro, France and Russia.
