It is very likely that Hamburg will start over in third divison. So some of the old guys like Jansen, Schröder, Hens, Herrmanni might stay.
I don't see Jansen in Katar. I wouldn't know of any German ever playing there. And he is 38.
Hens is really tricky. There is no room for Schröder in Berlin. They prefer own youngsters as back ups. RNL have Steinhauser as backup for Groetzki even though he had a difficult injury.
OK. Even better with Pfahl in Bietigheim than in Wetzlar, as new teams in Bundesliga are usually very weak. And most of Bietigheim's team is anonymous, so Pfahl should also rebuild himself to become once of the best fieldscorers in the league again as well as give some slight chance for top division survival.
Jansen or Hens may be in new Hamburg. But Schroeder? He was great last season.
Berlin? This dark-skin youngster Ramon Tauabo was on loan last season, but still played few time, but unfortunately you're propably right - good days of Berlin when they could transfer class players are over.
But about Rhein-Neckar? Last season they had Prodanović on loan from Veszprem when he got injured. Maybe it could be better to have Schroeder? I can't see him in Magdeburg anyway as their budget cannot be competitive to the top teams and they can sign a reserver, not competitor for their best scorer Robert Weber. Hard situation for former national team player.
By the way since Sigurdsson is out, who is going to be new Kiel's left winger? Kevin Schmidt from Wetzlar or Bjarki Mar Elisson from Eisenach? Hardly see any other candidates...
