Anja Hammerseng-Edin's efforts paid off and Larvik will continue. They are depending on sponsorships (5 mill NOK) and are going to start from scratch to rebuild the club. However, they might be relegated to first division. The answer will come in late april.

Heidi Løke will, apparently, play for Larvik no matter what.

All Larvik players contract due to financially problems ended 30 April, so they send the 3.division team. (4th ranked division)

How cruel the life can be ! :( I hope Larvik's players can get new contracts to another teams ,no reason to punish them...

Larvik has had quite a few signings for the 19/20 season this last week.

Signed and confirmed:
Heidi Løke - LP
Tonje Roth Berglie - LW
Vilde Bakås - LW
Thea Bakås - Back
Lena Løwe - Back
Alma Hasanić Grizović - GK
Tiril Merg - Back

If they really do what they say they are going to do, I kinda think it can be the start of something good. But I don't believe anything regarding Larvik right now. Carefully optimistic I would say. Very careful.

^^ Will these contracts also be valid for 1. Div?

Because Larvik lost it's license and is demoted to the second league: https://www.tv2.no/a/10607935
idle banter.

Heidi Løke still wants to go to Larvik even if they are sent down 1 division. But there are 2 problems. Larvik will not be able to attract good players now and Heidi wants to play olympics/Wch in Japan. Vipers and some foreign clubs are pushing to sign her. She is making a bad mistake by going to Larvik with that management. She is not bonded to Larvik through a contract since they were sent out of Eliteserien

She is making no worse ‘mistake’ than Camilla Herrem did when she joined Sola last season down in div 1 for one season, to avoid having to move. She kept her place in the NT. Løke is an even stronger player with a better plan, because she practices with the nearby male team several times a week to keep her in max shape, and she is seasoned enough to know what it takes. She knows she cant play several seasons in div 1 and keep her spot on the NT, but honestly, if Larvik does its job it should be back up in 2020 and there is no competitive issue for Løke and the other girls on the team.
