No. :-k She played for almost 60 minutes in a meaningless (for the most part) game last weekend. And in yesterday press release ahead of the the German Cup game it was mentioned that "all THC players are fit to play this weekend".
idle banter.

My suggestions for the drawing pots (based on results of WCh 2017 and Continental Championships) with a small advantage for Japan to go one pot higher than deserved ;)

France, Russia, Netherlands, Romania
Norway, Sweden, Hungary, Denmark
Montenegro, Germany, Serbia, Japan
Spain, South Korea, Slovenia, Brasil
Angola, Senegal, Argentina, China
Kazakhstan, DR Kongo, Australia, Cuba

Here's how I had them last winter. Compared to @meteo's:
- there could be a swtich between JAP and ESP, indeed;
- I have CHN in pot 4 and BRA in pot 5;
- I have ARG in pot 6 and KAZ in pot 5.

mikh wrote:And if I didn't make any mistakes, these will be the pots for the WCh draw:
1: FRA, ROU, NED, RUS
2: NOR, DEN, SWE, HUN
3: MNE, GER, SRB, ESP
4: JPN, KOR, SLO, CHN
5: KAZ, BRA, ANG, SEN
6: AUS, ARG, CUB, RDC

Think, I can follow your thoughts in at least 2/3 points.

You put Japan completely out of their continental ranking? There CHN is Asia2 in Pot 4.

But I don't get KAZ - because you put them in Wildcard-Spot from Poland - but overall I think we made good guesses. and now it's IHF to show how they think ;)

^ :-) I like the esoteric nature of establishing these pots! I admit it was annoying in the beginning, but now it's fun to guess. Much like the winner of Eurovision.

So the way I did it was:
- JPN stays in pot 4 even as an organiser (which would've been their allocation as Asia2 otherwise);
- then I reallocate Asia2 to CHN and Asia3 to KAZ (they did this in 2007), which would make sense especially if you move Japan in pot 3, instead of ESP.

But I see your logic, with JPN being awarded the pot 3 allocation (same happened with CHN in 2007, when they pushed UKR in pot 4), but also keep their Asia2 status, in which case, BRA moves to pot 4 and the rest follows.

So yes, I agree with your distribution. I think it could be even better if they would just leave JPN where it is (pot4), but I guess we'll know in a few days.
