I would wonder on what level is he very much able to coordinate the 'Balkan ladies'?
I think Tiselj would have been the biggest hit(or even Zdravko Zovko).
I really see CSM less dangerous to Győr than in past years.
Still, we know that the team participates, the team plays the game so maybe he will make an extremely good team of them.

Nobody can guarantee anything. Now you will see with Danyi and Gyor, he will get fired like Konkoly if he doesn't provide. The expectations are high. But the Budapest final is a plus, which can help.

I doubt so, people also said this about Lekic & Co last year and this year they should have won another CL final. Tiselj has heart problems anyway. Zovko yes, but he's male teams coach. The best coaches are usually those that are proven in women's handball but they also trained men.

Why do you think anyway they need a Balkan coach? Maybe Russian :)) But Vardar also did well with the Spaniards. 3 girls in CSM are anyway Scandinavian. Basically only 4 girls are ex-Yugo and important (Radicevic, Cvijic, Mehmedovic and Lekic). Grubisic did well with any coach, Lazovic is anyway a reserve.

Well, it's not actually me who thinks this way. I might have read exactly on this forum that the CSM leaders had this type of thinking. It actually makes sense considering that -ic ending names are overwhelming now in the team roaster.
And btw there is indeed a difference in the Scandinavian and Balkan-style. CSM organizes rapid switch between the 2 but I still think there might be compatibility issues as time goes by.

Zovko led female teams too. Last time perhaps at Lokomotiva Zagreb or Dunaújváros. As well he goes to Győri ETO from the upcoming season. He is a very much respected coach in Hungary.
Anyways I feel like Győr should have had get a Scandinavian coach while Zovko would rather fit into the CSM.
This is just my opinion.

Depends, Vardar was on the bench with Balkan coach in success, Gyor was with a Spanish coach training many Scandinavians also.

If you look at football, there is almost no Brazilian coach for the Brazilians. Plus French coaches are poor etc

Zovko was a male coach is great.

I wish both teams good luck! We shouldn't be such experts on HB123 all the time imo.

Spare a thought for Molde. :-k

Training is about to resume in 1-2 weeks (?) and they don't have a coach. In most countries fans and players would be very annoyed right now, but maybe Norwegians are more forgiving....

Yeah, very weird.

Tv2 is reporting that Helle didn't want to sign a short-term deal with Molde:
"En af grundene til, at Helle Thomsen ikke ville skrive under på en kort kontrakt, var, fordi hun mente, det var for kortsigtet i forhold til klubbens måde at gøre tingene på."

And then Aftenposten says she only signed a 5 month deal.

Anybody got access to the full article on Aftenposten?

Yes, and the full article says that it’s just a formality, to make sure that the cooperation goes well and that she is able to combine her NT duties in the Netherlands with her club role. According to her, she started with the same kind of contract with the NT before, and that she fully intends to extend it and stay in Molde.
Frankly, she is very positive and I think this is a gold feather for the club, who now should strongly focus on adding a little more to its roster and become a top team in Norway.

Easily the most anti-climatic "transfer" of the season. No disrespect to Molde at all, but surely she could've done better? Or at least have found a club in Denmark if she wanted to go small? :-k

This sounds like the total opposite here:

But ho-hum, let's see what happens when a bigger team urgently needs a coach around november/december time.
