^ No, they cannot go faster, 4 years is already the exception. The law is clear, 4 years if one is already EU citizen or "an international personality" (sportspeople included). The only "exception of the exception" is if one marries a Romanian, then the 8 years are reduced to 5 and if he/she is already EU citizen or "an international personality", then the time can be again cut by half, therefore 2 years and 6 months.

It's 3 years. Currently, she's already eliglible to play for other country.
Importantly, she didn't play any official match for SLO, so she's still "free".

I really don't understand your discussion... Omoregie didn't play for Slovenia any official match, so she can choose whatever she wants.
Krim doesn't have money to build F4 contender team around Stanko and Omoregie, as they planned and expected.

Now FRH wants to use this situation and bring her to Romanian NT. Money talks...

Very weird to hear that. Even if I believe each president has power to grant a citizenship for eg. to a sportsman.

Now in the Senegalese senior team at WCh in Japan.
